I expected the return to be a hassle like it usually is with other places, but this was surprisingly simple. I sent it back without any issues and got my refund quickly. Definitely smoother than I thought it would be...

The part showed up in good condition, so no issues there. I just expected the delivery to be a bit smoother and faster. The tracking was kind of confusing, and it ended up arriving two days later than I thought it would. Not a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t call it super reliable either

"Warranty help was kind of okay"
I had to reach out about some part that was still under warranty. They did end up helping me, but it took a few emails back and forth and a bit of sitting around waiting. It wasn’t awful or anything, just maybe slower than I figured it would be. In the end, it got taken care of

My order ended up on backorder, and I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. That was kind of annoying because I expected a quick update, but once I asked, they did respond and it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, a little more communication upfront would’ve been nice.

I went in expecting a fairly normal parts cost, but the final price was higher than I thought it should be. Maybe there’s a reason for it, but it kind of felt like some extra markup was worked in somewhere. Overall, I just didn’t feel like I got great value for what I paid.

"Fit was almost right, just a little annoying"
I ordered this part for my car because the site said it would fit, and it mostly did, but not exactly like I thought it would. I had to mess with it a bit to get everything lined up, which was kind of frustrating since I figured “fits” means it should just go on. Maybe that’s normal with car parts, I don’t know, but it felt a little off. Shipping was fine and the part is working now, so I guess it wasn’t a bad buy. I just wish the fitment info had been a little more exact.

"Pretty easy site to use"
I used autopartswarehouse.com to find a couple parts for my car and it was easy to get around. The search worked fine, and I liked being able to filter stuff by my vehicle so I wasnt digging through a ton of random parts. A few pages were kinda slow to load, and I did have to double check the fitment just to be safe, but overall it was simple enough. Not perfect, but I’d probly use it again.

"Shipping Took Longer Than I Thought"
I mean, the item eventually showed up, so that’s good, but the shipping was slow. I kept checking the tracking thinking maybe it would update or suddenly be out for delivery, but nope, it just took way longer than I expected. Not the end of the world, but definitely a little frustrating.

I ordered a replacement part and it fit just fine, so no complaints there. It does the job for now, but the quality feels kind of average compared to the original one I had. There’s just something about it that doesn’t feel quite as solid. Shipping was normal and everything showed up okay. Overall, it’s not bad, but I can’t say I’m super impressed with the part itself

"Finally found the mirror I needed"
I was, like, having such a hard time finding a replacement mirror for my old Civic, and somehow they actually had it in stock. The checkout process was easy, and the part showed up just fine without any issues. So yeah, overall I’m happy with how it all worked out

I ordered a set of brake rotors and pads, i was mostly just hoping there wouldn’t be any confusion or wrong parts in the box. When the package arrived, I checked everything over and it was exactly what I had picked out. The part numbers matched, the rotors were correct, and the pads were the right ones too. No random substitutions, no missing pieces, and no annoying mix-ups to deal with, which was really the main thing I cared about

I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I was hoping. I was starting to worry I was being brushed off or somehow fooled, so it was a relief when the money finally came through. Just wish the process had been a little quicker...

"Mirror fit fine and wasn’t no big hassle"
I ordered a replacement mirror from Auto Parts Warehouse it went on easy. It took me a little bit to get it lined up just right, but the fit was good and I didn’t have no real issues with it. Overall, I’m happy with how the install turned out.

I just ordered two filters for my dtson vacuum. my bank was charged twice for one transaction. i want the second removed immediately or tomorrow, i will cancel both order and inform my bank these are fraudulent charges
